Baaht-Chia Pudding

1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup coconut milk 
1 tbsp Baahtcha matcha powder
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla

Combine all ingredients and let sit at least 4 hours (overnight is best). Use this pudding as a canvas for whatever toppings you are feeling that morning! This recipe makes roughly two servings and can be eaten for breakfast or dessert!
