1 can unsweetened coconut cream (full fat)
1 medium avocado
1/2 cup raw honey
2 tsp. @baahtcha matcha powder
1 tsp vanilla
Add all the ingredients together in a food processor and blend for 30 seconds. Pour into a freezer safe container and freeze for 3-4 hours. Scoop and enjoy!
This ice cream literally takes 5 minutes to put together and doesn’t need an ice cream maker! It’s totally dairy free and can be made completely vegan by substituting the honey with date or maple syrup (or whatever sweetener you choose).
