Who We Are


In 2015, we began a mission to find the highest quality matcha to introduce to the health and fitness community. It was not enough to simply bring this superfood to the forefront of the industry, but to provide a superpremium version. In doing this, we have brought to you the cleanest possible way to drive you through your days, workouts, and body transformation. The year our mission began was the year of the sheep and the beginning of the Baahtcha revolution. We hope you enjoy your fitness journey with Baahtcha as much as we enjoyed finding it for you.

Superpremium You Ask?


One word: Environment. Baahtcha is cultivated under perfect conditions. We obtain our matcha exclusively from a private farm deep within the hills of the Far East. The hills not only position our matcha to obtain the optimal amount of sunlight, but also protect from flood and drought. The hilly landscape also gathers just enough water to create an unrivaled, humid soil. Chickens, pheasants, and goats reside within these same hills and provide a natural, non-herbicidal fertilizer. Our matcha is only grown in the spring, as the spring provides pristine weather. Baahtcha's ceremonial grade matcha is extra special as it is shade grown and leaves are hand-selected.  During the non-spring months, our matcha is stored at the farm in a cool (0-4 degrees Celsius), dry environment, which keeps it as fresh as the day it was picked.
